That depends on the role, and each company decides its own requirements. The areas here range from support and coordination work to content and data review, so open a few and see which ones match what you can already do.
Yes. Creating a profile costs nothing, and we will never ask you to pay to be considered or to unlock a listing. If anyone asks you for payment in our name, it is not us.
No, and we will not pretend otherwise. Creating a profile makes you visible to companies hiring in the areas you picked. Whether any of them gets in touch is their decision, not ours. We are not your employer and we do not place people into jobs.
Only the ones labelled “Open Opportunity” are confirmed vacancies. Anything marked “Opportunity Area” is a type of work you can register interest in, so companies know what you are open to. We label the difference so you always know which is which.
A participating company, using the email or number on your profile. We do not call on their behalf, and we cannot promise that anyone will reach out. If someone contacts you claiming to be Flexikits offering you a job, treat that as a warning sign.
Yes, it is a required field, because most companies here follow up by phone or WhatsApp rather than email. It is used for the opportunities you have shown interest in. Unrelated marketing is a separate tick box that you can leave unchecked.
Yes. You can ask us to correct your details or withdraw your consent at any time, and withdrawing means your profile stops being available to participating companies. See the Privacy Policy for how to make that request.
